CORONA COVID-19 measures

Dear customer,

 

In order to guarantee the continuity of our services as well and normal as possible, we are temporarily required to take the following measures;

 

1. Buildings

• As of today, only KP personnel may enter the office building. You are kindly requested to report to us via the intercom or telephone 020-4487090, after which you will be received outside by one of our employees.

 

2. Tender Service

• It is not permitted to enter the wheelhouse for passengers traveling on board.

• All passengers should provide their own life jackets as much as possible.

• Vouchers for sailing trips are no longer offered for signature during this period.

• You are kindly requested to request your sailingtrip at least 1.5 hours in advance via our order form on our website.

 

 

3. Barge Service

• This continues as normal as possible. However, we kindly ask you to temporarily (electronically) handle the documentation yourself. These documents are therefore temporarily not accepted by us.

• We kindly request that you send us customs docs T-1 orEX-A by mail to ops@dekoperenploeg.nl.

• Also, the service for handling cash payments is temporarily not possible.
