The multipurpose ship KP8 (formerly Molenvliet) purchased in december 2019 is currently being renovated at Merwelands in Rotterdam. The renovation has been going on for 5 weeks and the biggest adjustment that is being made is the installation of a pushbow.

The KP8 will also be equipped with connecting winches so that the ship can be used for all kinds of purposes. The expectation is that the KP8 will become operational in March 2020.
